Do you need a solution that is more stable than All-on-4 dental implants or less complex than individual implants? The All-on-8 technique is the new standard of full teeth restoration. With 8 strategically placed implants, this technique offers the maximal stability you deserve.

Let’s find out why  All-on-8 implants in Albania are becoming the preferred choice for Italian patients looking for the highest quality.

What Are All-On-8 Dental Implants?

All-on-8 is a revolutionary technique that uses eight implants to support a full dental arch. Different from All-on-4, which only uses four implants, All-on-8 offers superior stability and better force distribution.

Main Characteristics

Advanced technology:

  • 8 titanium implants strategically placed on the jawbone
  • A fixed prosthesis that is not removable and functions the same as natural teeth
  • Optimal force distribution for maximal stability
  • Immediate loading technology, in most cases

Why 8 implants?

  • Double stability compared to All-on-4
  • Better force distribution when chewing hard foods
  • Longer lifespan for dentures and implants
  • Ideal for patients with higher functional demands

The All-On-8 Dental Implant Procedure At Virtus Dental Center

1st Phase: Consultation And Planning (1-2 Days)

Your journey will start with a detailed consultation where our team will perform a full clinical examination, while looking at your medical history and assessing the actual condition of the teeth.

Through 3D CBCT scanners and digital models, we create a personalized treatment plan that includes optimal implant placement and denture design. During this phase, you will also discuss financial details, ensuring full transparency with no hidden fees.

2nd Phase: Surgery – Transformation Day (3rd Day)

The surgery day is the moment when your transformation starts. Under the effect of local anesthesia, the surgeon will place 8 titanium implants in the digitally planned positions. If necessary, the damaged tooth will be extracted and cleared of infections.

The most exciting part? You will leave the clinic with a new set of teeth on the same day! The temporary crown will be placed immediately after the surgery, giving you the possibility to smile and eat soft foods from the moment you leave the clinic.

The whole procedure will last 4-6 hours, including final adjustments and necessary breaks.

3rd Phase: Healing And Check-Ups (3-6 Months)

During the healing phase, implants will integrate with the bone through a natural process called osseointegration. The first check-up will be performed the day after the surgery, then after a few weeks for suture removal if they are not dissolvable stitches.

Follow-up check-ups at weeks 2 and 4 ensure that everything is healing properly. During this period, your temporary prosthesis functions perfectly, allowing you to return to normal life with minimal care.

4th Phase: Final Prosthesis (6 Months)

After 6 months, when the osseointegration process is completed, it is time for the final prosthesis. Correct impressions will be taken for the design of the final crown, composed of premium zirconia or porcelain.

Within 2-3 weeks, the prosthesis is created with the highest quality. The final installation includes detailed adjustments to ensure perfect comfort, function, and aesthetics. The result: A new smile that lasts a lifetime!
